  • How can I book an appointment at The Lon Next Door?

    You can easily book an appointment online through our website or by texting our text line at 313-362-4604 or by calling us directly at 313-882-6240. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Watch the client demo below to learn more about the booking flow.

  • Is a deposit and or "card on file" required to book an appointment?

    Yes, a deposit may be required for select services and will be visible through booking flow. The card used at booking aka “card on file” will always be required to reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be credited toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via phone, text or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations under 48 hour window will result in a $35 fee. All no-shows will result in 100% of booked service cost.

  • Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?

    Absolutely! You can make changes to your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment. Access client portal here.

  • What should I do if I’m running late?

    If you’re running behind, please let us know as soon as possible. Call or use the text line. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • Are there any age restrictions for certain services?

    Some services may have age requirements. Please contact us if you have questions about age-appropriate services for younger guests.
