How does the membership work?
Once you join, a set credit amount is added to your account each month. You can use this credit to book any salon service, or save it up for larger treatments or multiple services. Any unused credits roll over for up to 12 months, allowing you the flexibility to use them when you’re ready.

Is there a commitment required?
Yes, all memberships require a one-year commitment to ensure you receive the full benefit of our services, discounts, and member perks.

Can I cancel my membership before the one-year term is complete?
Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time. However, please note that any earned bonus account credit will be forfeited upon cancellation. To cancel please send request to hello@thelonnextdoor.com.

Do my monthly credits roll over?
Yes! Your monthly credits accumulate and roll over as long as your membership is active, so you can use them whenever you're ready.

Is gratuity included with the membership services?
We believe in transparent pricing and all-inclusive service. Our pricing reflects the full cost of our services, so no gratuity is expected or required. You’ll know exactly what to expect, without the need to calculate tips.

Can I share my membership credits with friends or family?
Membership credits are only transferable in the Bliss membership tier up-to 4 guests.

What is the annual $99 administration fee, and what does it cover?
The annual administration fee applied to all memberships. It covers:
Account Setup and Maintenance: Ensuring your membership is set up properly and remains active.
Exclusive Member Benefits: This includes access to exclusive promotions, events, and priority booking.
Service Management: Covers the cost of managing credits, tracking service usage, and facilitating rollovers for unused credits.
